Terms & Conditions

By becoming a member (client) of Alternative Introductions International (AI), you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions of this agreement between you and AI:

1. You are at least 18 years of age and do not have a criminal record.
2. By using AI’s services, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority and capacity to enter this agreement and to abide by the terms and conditions of this agreement. Your membership for the service is for your sole, personal use. You may not authorize others to use the services of AI.
3. AI will only accept membership from people who are either single, widowed, divorced or legally separated. Should there be a change in your relationship status i.e. marriage or moving in with a partner, you are obliged to notify AI as soon as possible.
4. You agree to provide true, accurate and current information about yourself. All information supplied to AI is understood to be true and accurate but AI cannot give absolute warranty as to its truth and accuracy nor shall it be responsible for any inaccuracies and accordingly you release AI from all liability, losses, damages, claims, demands, lawsuits and expenses arising out of the use of its services.
5. You acknowledge and agree that any fraudulent, abusive, sexually and/ or racially offensive, privacy invading or criminal activities may be termed as grounds for termination of your membership; you will not be entitled to any refund if membership is terminated due to the violation of these terms and conditions listed above. AI has no liability to you if it terminates your membership and you waive all rights you may have had against AI in respect of these activities.
6. You are entitled to have an unlimited length of time an unlimited amount of times on hold when your membership can be placed on hold temporarily because you are in a relationship with someone or are too busy to meet people. It is your responsibility to inform AI in writing when you wish to be on hold.
7. You understand that your membership will not be activated until payment has been made in full.
8. By using AI’s services you agree to respect the intellectual property rights of AI and will refrain from copying, downloading, transmitting, reproducing, printing, or exploiting for commercial purpose any material contained within AI’s services.
